I have contacted United Airline a few times. They say that their flights are on time even at LA. So, I think your flight from Incheon to Seattle via Tokyo won't have any problem...

About my baggeses, two of you can carry them. Or, even I can carry them later when I visit Korea.

But, I think, the situation seems O.K. here. Seattle is very beautiful (The most desired city to live in by Americans.) and you can even visit Canada.



About UC Santa Barbara, even though a Nobel Physics Prize winner is in the ECE department, and some famous people including Prof. Pochi Yeh and Prof. N. Dagli (IEEE PTL Editor-in-chief) are in this department, the research environment of SNU is better....except that UCSB is on seashore and I can smell sea in front of the Engineering building.
