또 일반 논문도 몇 편 내야 하니 준비하길.

전통적으로 이는 한적한 곳에 가두어 놓고(도망 못 가게) 한다네.

니스에서 몬테카를로로 기차를 타고 가면서 보는 지중해는 너무나 아름답다네...

이젠 학생들이 많이 나가지는 못 하겠지만.

Dear Ladies, Dear Sirs,



The next "International Conference on Photorefractive Effects, Materials,

and Devices" will be held in La Colle-sur-Loup, a small provencal village

close to Nice in France, between June 17 and 21, 2003.



The goal of this series of meetings, held once every two years, is to

gather the community of scientists working on photorefractive materials and

similar holographic media. The topics of this meeting cover a wide range of

researches, from the crystal growth and characterization, till the

development of new devices. In order to arouse new ideas, the

organizers will examine with great interest any submission of

communications on other self-developing and dynamic holographic materials

and devices.



Submission of communications

Authors wishing to contribute papers are requested to submit a 200-word

abstract preferably on the WEB site

http://www.iota.u-psud.fr/~PR2003/ or by email to pr03@iota.u-psud.fr, by

Dec. 15, 2002. Abstract should be in plain text with no attachments nor

equations nor figures. Please

specify the preferred presentation format, Oral or Poster, as well the

name, affiliation, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail

address of the corresponding author. The communications will be selected by

the international program committee. The corresponding authors will be

notified of the status of their submission by January

8, 2003 and they will receive the authors kit from the Optical Society

of America.

BK연구 및 강의에 수고가 많습니다.



본 정보기술사업단의 중간 평가 결과에 따라 4차년도 BK국고지원금이 20% 삭감 되었습니다.



그동안 각 교수님별 배정된 예산 범위내에서 참여대학원생의 단기해외 연수경비를 사용하여



왔습니다. 본 사업단에서는 상반기 예산배정시 각교수님의 사용 용도에 따라 항목을 조정하여



예산을 활용하시도록 배려하였는데 많은 교수님들께서 단기해외연수경비로 사용하셨습니다.



따라서 현재(11월20일)까지 단기해외연수경비 집행이 많은 관계로 11월 20일이후 부터는



단기해외연수경비를 축소해서 지원하는 것이 불가피함을 알려드리오니 아래사항을 참고하시면서



단기해외연수경비 사용에 협조하여 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

1)12월 1일부터의 단기해외연수자는 논문발표자에 한해서 단기해외연수경비를 지원할 예정임

(논문 1편당 1명지원 , 논문에 여러사람이 있어도 1명만 지원됨

논문 1편당 최대 인원은 2명(교수,대학원생)



2)12월이전의 단기해외연수자는 학회,학술회의 참가자도 지원이 가능합니다.

(이경우 11월20일 현재까지 BK 단기해외연수경비를 많이 사용하신교수님은 신청을 줄여주시면

사업단 예산 집행에 도움이 될것을 사료되오니 협조를 부탁드립니다.)



**사업단 예산 삭감에 따라 각교수별 후반기 예산이 상반기 보다 66%정도로 배정하게될 예정이오니 단기해외

연수경비 사용에 참고하시기 바랍니다. 빠른시일내에 각 교수별 후반기 예산을 배정할 것입니다.
