Hi, everyone!



이제 월드컵이 끝났으니 평상심으로 돌아가 열심히 일하길...



Last night I had a dinner with Prof. Poch Yeh's family. He said he also watched the Korea vs. Turkey game. He even remembers the names of some Korean players.

I also watched it with some Koreans from 4 am in the morning.



Now, I'm staying at the house of my friend who is working for Rockwell. I'll move in to my apartment tomorrow.



Actually, Prof. Yeh is now concentrating on his startup company.

He does not have any student at UCSB. So, I'll be the only person who will be in his lab.

I'll regularly visit his company and give seminars.

So, actually, it will give me a hard time(?) or big challenge because everytime I visit there, I am expected to give a seminar on different topic.



So,...I want to ask you to do SOMETHING (like me). Do not just lose your time.

Remember that your lifetime is limited. More than that, your time at school is also very limited. You need to get well prepared for your future career.



Jae-Hyeung Park, I hope you already submitted the OMNN paper to Prof. Ken Hsu. I hope you write up two papers as we discussed.

By the way, why don't you update the homepage as I told you.



About the Jakarta conference, either Seungin Baek or Yong-Wook Lee should prepare for it and contact me. One method is....why don't you give your paper to the people who is going to see me at Seattle?

And, please do not forget to bring my baggages to Seattle for me. Ms. N.-E. Park knows how to open the door of my house.



Sung-Yong, please keep informed with the new project, and write up the proposal when needed.

From tomorrow till July 15, it would not be easy for me to access internet.
