논문 피인용을 검색하는 방법이 세 가지 있는데,

Google Scholar, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (SCI/SCIE)

이다. 이들에 따른 피인용 회수 조사 결과 차이는 상당히 많이 난다. 피인용이 많이 검색되는 순서가 위의 순서대로이다.

중간인 Scopus 데이터를 따른다면, 우리 연구실의 H-index는 40이다.
